Jay Walker, ATC Principal, is experienced in all areas of construction. From growing up on a farm working in the soil using heavy equipment and irrigating hundreds of acres, to receiving a master's degree in civil & environmental engineering. He worked almost 15 years in the private engineering consulting profession assisting public agencies on big infrastructure projects. Jay went on to use his engineering experience and comprehension to manage the construction of marquis
development projects for over 15 years for a leading development company based out of Idaho. His attention to detail, ability to solve problems and personality to negotiate the interests of development parties has earned him success and respect throughout the development community. Jay is practical, resourceful, and professional as he assists in the building of sustainable communities. Besides his professional life, he is married to a beautiful wife and loves being a family man. He is father to several children and enjoys the great outdoors.
